Beit Shean

The huge dig at Beit Shean was a hit with everyone.

Pick a pillar...any pillar. I love the way the Romans did everything way over the top.

There was a massive earthquake in the 8th century which did this to pillars. Is anyone else thinking warm happy thoughts about the massive one that is supposed to hit Israel again...basically any time?
