The Most Wonderful Time of the Year....

Our family Christmas Eve traditions are great...especially when you spend most of the year thousands of miles from your family. Dad reads the Christmas story which the grandkids love...especially Taylor who finds it necessary to interrupt with breaking news regarding Joseph, Mary, the angels, the shepherds and anything else that might come to her intelligent little mind. :)

The Christmas story is followed by Amy's handiwork...lots of yummy food...
...which of course, Jonathan and I helped to prepare. Not to rat him out, but I can't remember the last time I actually helped prepare food with Jonathan. I was well impressed with his skills.
